The premium is the amount that the insured pays to the insurer, this amount has been fixed. PT. Askrindo Tasikmalaya still uses a manual system, namely Microsoft Excel, when recording payments, although a manual system is certainly less effective and the results are less accurate. Therefore, the developers planned a location- based data framework to collect and pay fees using the PHP programming language and MySQL data set. The method used is the waterfall method, which includes five stages with perception using UML (Unified Modeling Language) and contains three diagrams including use case, activity diagram and class diagram. By designing this information system, the author hopes to save time and minimize errors when recording payments in the KUR program.
