This human resource development strategy is an effort to improve theoretical, conceptual, and moral technical capabilities. By the needs or authority in achieving the work targets that have been set. To realize responsible students, students through the Tri Dharma of Higher Education serve. With the belief that this be achieved through a planned, organized, and wise effort. Through an organization called the Business Management Student Association. The existence of this organization can maximize the potential of members in human resource development strategies as students who are active, inspiring, and contributive. Can also be responsible for the formation and development of students. The purpose of this study is to see how the strategy for developing human resources in the organization of the business management student association of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic Bandung. The method in this study uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. From the results of this research and discussion, it can be seen that the human resource development strategy in the business management student with the HR development strategy which can affect an organization's success is expected to develop each organization at HIMA MBIS. And developing appropriate human resources, will motivate members to further develop themselves.
