This training was held with the aim of obtaining results about decision making using the PACED (Problem, Alternative, Criteria, Evaluated and Decision) method for youth members at the Griya Caraka Complex, Bandung. The PACED method that we use is a method originating and issued by YEP USAID for use in training in the field of financial literacy. In this PACED method, the first stage is looking for obstacles or problems from the predetermined goals. Then look for a way out or an alternative to the existing problems. Next determine the criteria to make it easier to make choices. The next step is to evaluate by assigning a value or point to all the columns that relate the alternatives to the criteria. The results of giving the points are then added up. The result of the point with the largest value is an alternative decision from the existing problem. In this training, the PACED method was given to members of the youth organization at the Griya Caraka complex in Bandung with case studies provided, namely giving new motorbikes, used motorbikes, ordinary motorbikes and luxury motorbikes. The alternatives given are buying a new Vario motorbike for 15 million, buying a new Beat motorbike for 13 million, buying a used motorbike for 10 million, or buying a luxury NMAX motorbike for 18 million. The criteria given are affordable prices, machines are not easily damaged / stubborn, affordable service costs, practical in operation, and warranty. Of the 24 people who participated in the training, 75% chose an ordinary motorbike that was affordable and practical in operation.
