This study aims to determine the effect of the completeness of the BPJS Health Hemodialysis Poly claim requirements file to support the effectiveness of claims at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung. The research method used by the author is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, literature study, and questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a simple Random Sampling technique with a sample of 94 files of BPJS Health Hemodialysis Poly claim requirements in March and April. In testing data analysis using SPSS, based on the results of a simple linear regression test and significance α=5% (0.05) or a 95% confidence level shows that tcount > ttable, meaning that the completeness of the BPJS Health Hemodialysis Poly claim requirements file affects the effectiveness of claims at Muhammadiyah Hospital Bandung, the effect is 59.8% of the variable completeness of the BPJS Health Hemodialysis Poly claim requirements file on claim effectiveness, While the remaining 40.2% is influenced by another variable error (e). The problems found are: (1) There is a medical resume of the Hemodialysis Poly that is still empty, (2) There is a Participant Eligibility Letter (PEL) that is still inputting the doctor's name incorrectly, (3) There is a Payment Billing that is still empty.
