One of the significant health problems in Indonesia is the high infant mortality rate (IMR) and maternal mortality rate (MMR). The high IMR and MMR are indicators of failure in achieving health development goals in accordance with the National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) 2020- 2024 and SDGs 2030. To overcome this, the implementation of the Maternal and Infant Monitoring Information System is important. This WEB-based information system aims to provide real time health monitoring of pregnant women and infants starting from the prenatal period to postpartum. With information technology, medical personnel can conduct monitoring more accurately and efficiently, thus enabling early detection of health problems, as well as timely intervention. This study explores the role of the Elderly, Pregnant Women and Infants Monitoring Information System in reducing the mortality rate of the elderly, pregnant women and newborns. The integration of technology and WEB based health services can create a strong network to support reporting, analysis, counseling, and action to improve the well-being of the elderly, pregnant women and infants. Through this approach, it is expected to advance efforts to achieve the targets of goal 3 of the SDGs and achieve positive results in reducing MMR and IMR in Indonesia.
