GAMBARAN EFEK SAMPING OBAT PADA PASIEN ANTIHIPERTENSI POLI KLINIK DI SALAH SATU RUMAH SAKIT CIMAREME

Hypertension is a condition of increasing systolic blood pressure greater than 140 mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure greater than 90 mmHg. This study aims to describe the side effects of using antihypertensive drugs at Cimareme Hospital for the period April 1-30 2023. The research method is a quantitative descriptive method. The data collection technique in completing this Final Project uses a basic data questionnaire with a research sample of 19 respondents and the results of the data obtained will be presented in the form of percentages, tables and diagrams. The results of this study based on gender, age and occupation were the most common patients, namely male sex as many as 13 respondents (68.5%), for adults (37-60 years) 13 respondents (68.5%), and work as a private 10 respondents (52.6%). The most commonly used drugs were Amlodipine 10 mg by 10 respondents (52.7%), furosemide 40 mg by 5 respondents (26.3%), and amlodipine 5 mg by 4 respondents (21%). The most common side effects of hypertensive patients are urinating every night, drowsiness and pain in the ankles. The results of this study showed that the most patients who experienced drug side effects, namely Amlodipine 10 mg, were male, 13 respondents.
