High Alert drugs are drugs that must be watched out for because they often cause serious errors (Sentinel Events) and drugs that have a high risk of causing unwanted drug reactions that can endanger patient safety. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research to determine the suitability of storing High Alert drugs in the outpatient installation at Majalaya Hospital. This research is a type of field research that is descriptive qualitative using observational methods / checklists in accordance with the provisions of Permenkes No. 72 of 2016 concerning pharmaceutical service standards in hospitals. From the results of the study it was found that the storage of High Alert Category LASA/NORUM drugs in the outpatient installation at Majalaya Hospital obtained results of 100% conformity with the SOP. Storage Category LASA/NORUM has been stored separately, preparations are spaced at least 2 drug baskets. Drug labeling is appropriate but there are still officers who are still negligent in affixing High Alert drug labels. The storage temperature is in accordance with the SOP of the Majalaya Regional General Hospital, which is stored at a refrigerator temperature of 2-8?C and room temperature of 15-25?C. The conclusion of this study is that the storage area is 100% in accordance with the SOP, which is stored in a special cupboard with 2 doors and 2 different keys. The labeling of High Alert drugs is not in accordance with the SOP, namely there are officers who are negligent with a conformity of 79.45%.
