PENGARUH HUBUNGAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP KOMITMEN ORGANISASI PADA DINAS KETENAGAKERJAAN KOTA BANDUNG

This research was conducted to find out whether employee performance and self-efficacy have a major influence on organizational commitment with a case study at the Bandung City Manpower Office. This study uses a quantitative method and in data collection uses a questionnaire or several statements in the form of google form then the results of the questionnaire are processed using the SPSS V25 application which has been tested on several testing methods. The population from the Bandung City Employment Service has 60 employees, and in this test the researchers used the solvency formula, with the results obtained being 38 people with a 90% confidence level. Then the results of this study researchers can conclude based on the data that the relationship between employee performance and self-efficacy is valid and significant and influences organizational commitment.
