This research was conducted to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance at Bank BJB Majalengka Branch. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a Likert scale. The technique of this research was purposive sampling, a sample of 42 employees were taken at Bank Bjb Majalengka Branch. Data collection techniques use primary data generated from questionnaires that have been tested for validity, reliability, hypothesis testing of data using partial test (t) and test of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that the incentive variable has a significant effect on employee performance variables. Partially (t) the incentive variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with t count 11.420 > t table 1.68288.
