This research has the aim of being able to know the Skills and Knowledge of employees at National Land Agency of Bandung Regency. The system used in this research is quantitative. The population was taken from the total number of employees with a total of 134 employees. The sample was calculated using the Slovin formula and respondents as many as 100 employees. The quantitative method is performed by applying double linear regression analysis, f test, t test, and determination coefficient. In calculating the weight of this value, the value of relevance is 0,00 < 0,05, which means that the free variables that are Skills and Knowledge influence simultaneously on the bound variable that is Employee Performance. In this study R squared by 0,731 which means 73,1% of Work Skills and Knowledge influenced Employee Performance. Looking at the results of research on Skills and Knowledge, it is necessary to pay more attention to the experience and ability of employees to improve the performance of the company.
