The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of mobile banking on customer satisfaction at Bank BJB KC Majalengka. This research method uses a quantitative method. The population of this stude are customer who use Bjb digital at Bank BJB KC Majelengka. The sample used is 100 respondent to answer the questionnaire as a data collection tool with a liikert scale wich contains 12 statements arranged based on the indicator for each variable, primary data resulting from the questionnaire that has been tested for validity, reliabiality, hypothetical test using partial test (T) and coefficient definition test (R2).
