Human resources is a necessity that is very helpful in today's globalization as a process of preparing qualified people, with recruitment an important factor in the employee process. Good employee performance can increase individual productivity and help the organization achieve its goals. As the business world evolves, alternative business activities for procuring people emerge; This method is known as outsourcing. Outsourced labor services are in high demand because they can streamline and streamline a company's costs, allowing the organizations they control to control the company by focusing on their company's strategy and skills. PT. Trenginas Jaya started the business of providing outsourced labor services because it was considered profitable. This study aims to see the relationship between the recruitment system with the performance of PT. Trenginas Jaya outsourcing personnel. The population of this research is outsourced employees at PT. Trenginas Jaya in Bandung City. Saturated sample or census method used to collect samples. The number of personnel who went through the recruitment procedure at PT. Trenginas Jaya for this study is 53 (fifty three). The validity finding shows that all statement items exceed the table, indicating that all items in the statement are valid, while the reliability results show that all statement items are reliable. Use direct linear regression analysis to test this hypothesis. Results The effectiveness of outsourcing PT Trenginas Jaya was tested with the hypothesis obtained from the correlation coefficient test system (X) of 0.514, while the simple linear regression test of outsourcing employee performance Y is 16.764 + 0.539 X from the t test of t count X 4.027 > t table 1.675. It can be concluded that the recruitment system has a positive and significant effect on the performance of outsourced employees.
