This study aimed to knowthe influence of standard operational procedures for sterilization of medical devices on employee health and safety at the Installation Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) of RSUD Kota Bandung.The research method used is descriptive approach to quantitative methods. Data collection techniques used are by way of the dissemination of questionnaires, observation and study of the literature. Data analysis techniques using hypothesis testing, validity test, realibility test, and simple linear regression test. With a sample 8 respondents. The results based on the research obtained correlation of 0.880 showed very strong influence relationships. If expressed in a percentage of the standard operating procedures and sterilization of medical instruments influence on occupational health and safety of 77.4%, while the remaining 22.6%, influenced by other variables or error (e).The problems in this study are: (1) Clean water filter Machine or machine RO (Reverse Osmasis) broke out. (2) The process of retrieval of sterile instruments in any room not in accordance with standard operating procedures. (3) The process of implementation of the acceptance of the instrument is not in accordance with standard operating procedures. The Suggestion from author's, namely: (1) Need for improvement and surveillance against instrument and machine on installation of central sterile supply department. (2) Providing socializing will be the danger of transmission of bacteria or disease of health equipment. (3) In the process of distribution of the importance of the rule of receipt of the instrument so that the error does not occur.
